A marine-grade 84-inch smart ceiling fan for large indoor and outdoor spaces, finished in matte white with matte white composite blades.
The TriAire Custom by Fanimation is built to perform in fully exposed outdoor areas as well as spacious interiors. Its marine-grade construction and wet-rated design shrug off rain, humidity, and salt air, while the 16-speed DC motor moves up to 10,387 CFM of air. This no-light version keeps a clean, minimalist profile, but it's light-kit adaptable if you want to add illumination later. Control it with the included TR305 remote or pair it with the fanSync app for voice and mobile control.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no built-in brightness. If you add the optional 18-watt LED light kit, it delivers 1,600 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb - with three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) and a high CRI of 90.
Light color and feel
Without a light kit, this fan provides no illumination. If you install the optional light kit, you can choose from warm white (3000K), bright white (4000K), or daylight (5000K) to suit your space. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant.

With an 84-inch blade sweep, this fan is designed for large rooms and outdoor areas. The overall dimensions are 84 inches wide by 84 inches deep by 16.42 inches high. It mounts to flat or sloped ceilings (up to 27°) with the included 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve a 7-9 ft hanging height.

Is the bulb included? No bulb is included because this fan does not come with a light kit. It is light-kit adaptable, but the kit is sold separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
