Description
A smart, wet-rated 84-inch ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, from Fanimation's TriAire Custom Collection, ideal for large indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
This TriAire fan pairs a sleek black motor housing with three silver composite blades and an opal frosted LED light kit, delivering powerful airflow and adjustable illumination. The high-performance DC motor moves up to 10,387 CFM quietly and efficiently, while the 18-watt LED light kit offers CCT Select technology to choose from three color temperatures. With fanSync Wi-Fi control, you can manage fan and light settings via voice or app, and the included remote adds convenience.
Best for
- Covered patios, pergolas, and gazebos needing both airflow and light in wet-rated conditions
- Large living rooms, great rooms, and open-plan areas requiring high-velocity airflow and bright illumination
- Bedrooms and home offices where quiet, energy-efficient operation with adjustable lighting is valued
- Spaces with ceilings up to 27° slope, using the included 8-inch downrod or optional longer downrods
- Year-round comfort with a reversible motor and dimmable light for any mood
Not ideal for
- Small rooms under 10x10 ft where an 84-inch blade sweep would overwhelm the space
- Rooms with ceilings lower than 8 ft unless using a flush mount (not included)
- Those seeking a warmer, incandescent-like light, as the LED offers selectable color temps but not a fixed warm glow
How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED light kit produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, providing ample light for most living areas or outdoor entertaining spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your space. The 90 CRI ensures accurate color rendering, ideal for art or entertaining. The light is dimmable via remote or app.
Sizing and fit
With an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 x 84 x 18.12 inches, this fan is best for large rooms (at least 18x18 ft). The included 8-inch downrod places the fan 18.12 inches from the ceiling with the light kit; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.
