How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately), which provides up to 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional LED light kit, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight) via CCT Select technology. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate, ideal for living spaces and entertaining areas. The light is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
With an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 x 84 x 16.42 inches, this fan is best suited for rooms at least 18x18 ft. The included 8-inch downrod places the fan 16.42 inches from the ceiling; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for optimal 7-9 ft hanging height on higher ceilings. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
