How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately). That kit provides 1600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional LED light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with color temperatures of 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, flattering skin tones and wood finishes. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 inches wide by 84 inches deep by 16.42 inches high. It includes an 8-inch downrod, with optional downrods up to 72 inches for ceilings up to 12 feet. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
