This TriAire fan pairs a sleek brushed nickel motor housing with three matte white composite blades, giving it a clean, modern look that suits contemporary and coastal interiors. Its high-performance DC motor delivers powerful airflow up to 10,387 CFM while running quietly and efficiently. With Wi-Fi fanSync technology, you can control the fan via the fanSync app or voice assistants, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that is compatible with this model. The light kit delivers 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, it features CCT Select technology offering color temperatures of 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), and 5000K (daylight), so you can adjust the ambiance from cozy to crisp. The kit is dimmable and has a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
With an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 x 84 x 16.42 inches, this fan is designed for large rooms and expansive covered outdoor areas. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height. The fan is suitable for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
