A smart 84-inch indoor/outdoor ceiling fan with a powerful 12-inch LED light kit, designed for large covered patios, porches, and great rooms.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan combines sleek modern design with high-output illumination. Its three aerodynamic composite blades in weathered wood add warmth, while the matte white housing keeps the look clean and contemporary. The integrated 12-inch, 40-watt LED light kit delivers brilliant, energy-efficient light with an opal frosted shade. The quiet DC motor moves up to 10,387 CFM, and Fanimation's fanSync Wi-Fi technology allows full smart control via voice or smartphone. The included TR305 remote puts all functions at your fingertips.

Best for

• Covered patios, porches, and pergolas where wet-rated durability is essential
• Large living rooms, great rooms, and open-plan areas needing powerful airflow and bright lighting
• Bedrooms and home offices where whisper-quiet operation and smart control are valued
• Spaces with ceilings up to 27° slope, using the included 8-inch downrod or optional longer downrods
• Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow

Not ideal for

• Small rooms under 12x12 ft where an 84-inch sweep would overwhelm the space
• Low ceilings under 8 ft without a flush-mount option (this fan requires a downrod)
• Those who prefer a traditional or ornate fan style over this modern, minimal look
• Spaces that need only subtle ambient light—this light kit is quite bright (3,600 lumens)

How bright is it?

The integrated 40-watt LED module delivers 3,600 lumens—roughly equivalent to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source for a large living room or covered patio. With CCT Select technology, you can adjust the color temperature from warm white to daylight.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). This lets you set the mood from cozy and warm to crisp and energizing. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant. The light is dimmable, and the included remote or fanSync app lets you adjust brightness to your preference.

Sizing and fit

This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep, making it best for rooms at least 18x18 ft. The overall dimensions are 84 inches wide by 84 inches deep by 19.69 inches high (with light kit). It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. It fits ceilings with up to a 27° slope.
