Description
An 84-inch smart ceiling fan with a powerful 12-inch LED light kit, designed for large indoor and covered outdoor spaces that need both airflow and illumination.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation combines a matte white motor housing with three dark walnut composite blades for a sleek, contemporary look. Its high-performance DC motor delivers exceptional airflow while operating quietly, and the integrated 40-watt LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you choose from five color temperatures. With fanSync Wi-Fi, you can control the fan and light with your voice or smartphone, and the included handheld remote offers convenient operation.
Best for
- Covered patios, pergolas, and porches where wet-rated durability is essential
- Great rooms and open-plan living areas over 20 x 20 ft that need powerful airflow and bright lighting
- Homes with sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, using optional downrods for optimal height
- Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer cooling and winter air circulation
- Large entertaining spaces where you want a single fixture to provide both air movement and light
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft unless you use a flush mount or shorter downrod (not included)
- Spaces where you prefer a more subtle or dimmer light output
- Very small rooms under 12 x 12 ft where an 84-inch blade sweep may feel oversized
How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED module produces 3600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. This is very bright, suitable for large living areas or outdoor entertaining spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your activity and mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true. The light is dimmable, and you can adjust brightness with the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 x 84 x 19.69 inches. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.
