Fanimation TriAire Custom 84in 1-Light Smart Ceiling Fan | Modern Matte White and Brushed Satin Brass with Opal Frosted | Model FPD8515MWW-84MWW-LKBS

A smart 84-inch indoor/outdoor ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for large covered patios, porches, and great rooms.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, modern aesthetic with serious airflow. Its three aerodynamic composite blades in matte white are driven by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor that moves up to 10,387 CFM. The brushed satin brass accents and opal frosted glass shade give it a refined look that works in contemporary and transitional spaces. With Fanimation's fanSync Wi-Fi technology, you can control the fan and light with your voice or smartphone, and the included TR305 remote puts all functions at your fingertips.

Best for

• Covered patios, porches, and pergolas where wet-rated durability is essential
• Large living rooms, great rooms, and open-plan areas needing powerful airflow
• Bedrooms and home offices where whisper-quiet operation and smart control are valued
• Spaces with ceilings up to 27° slope, using the included 8-inch downrod or optional longer downrods
• Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow

Not ideal for

• Small rooms under 12x12 ft where an 84-inch sweep would overwhelm the space
• Low ceilings under 8 ft without a flush-mount option (this fan requires a downrod)
• Those who prefer a traditional or ornate fan style over this modern, minimal look

How bright is it?

The integrated 18-watt LED module delivers 1,600 lumens—roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is ample for ambient lighting in a living room or covered patio, but it's not designed to be the sole light source for a large space. Use it to supplement other lighting or for a comfortable glow.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). This lets you set the mood from cozy and warm to crisp and energizing. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant. The light is dimmable, and the included remote or fanSync app lets you adjust brightness to your preference.

Sizing and fit

This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep, making it best for rooms at least 18x18 ft. The overall dimensions are 84 inches wide by 84 inches deep by 18.12 inches high (with light kit). It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. It fits ceilings with up to a 27° slope.
