How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a large room, but not for task lighting. The light is dimmable, so you can adjust it to suit your mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, making it suitable for spaces where you want to showcase decor. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 18.12 inches with the light kit. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27°).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
