How bright is it?
This model does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) for added versatility.
Light color and feel
No light included. If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with color temperatures from warm white to daylight.

This fan measures 72 inches in blade sweep and 16.42 inches from ceiling to bottom. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. The included 8-inch downrod works for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Is the bulb included? No light kit is included with this model. It is compatible with an optional light kit (sold separately).
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speeds are adjustable via the included remote or fanSync app. If you add the optional light kit, it is dimmable via the remote or app.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it's suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, and porches, but not for direct rain exposure.
What's the warranty? Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
