The quiet, energy-efficient DC motor delivers up to 8,666 CFM of airflow, making it ideal for large rooms and covered patios. With fanSync Wi-Fi, you can control speed and settings from your smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control. This model is designed to be paired with an optional light kit (sold separately) if you need illumination.

This fan spans 72 inches with a 16.42-inch drop from ceiling to bottom (without light kit). It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, and the included 8-inch downrod suits standard 8-9 ft ceilings. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
