The TriAire Custom from Fanimation offers a sleek, modern design with powerful airflow. The dark bronze motor housing and three dark walnut composite blades create a rich, earthy look that complements a variety of decor styles. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers up to 8,666 CFM on high, making it ideal for large rooms. This version does not include a light kit, but it is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) for added versatility. With fanSync Wi-Fi technology and the included handheld remote, you get full control from your phone, voice assistant, or remote.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional light kit you add. Fanimation offers an 18-watt dimmable LED light kit with CCT Select technology (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens and multiple color temperatures.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white, or 5000K daylight. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, and the 90 CRI rating ensures accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 72 inches in diameter and hangs 16.42 inches from the ceiling with the included 8-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°. For optimal airflow, the fan should hang 7-9 feet above the floor - optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is controlled via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app. If you add the optional light kit, it is dimmable via the same controls.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
