Description
A 72-inch smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for large indoor and covered outdoor spaces, finished in brushed satin brass with weathered wood blades.
The TriAire Custom from Fanimation offers a clean, modern look with a natural twist. Its three composite blades in weathered wood bring warmth to the brushed satin brass motor housing. The DC motor is quiet and efficient, moving up to 8,666 CFM. With fanSync Wi-Fi, you can control the fan via app or voice assistant, and the included TR305 remote handles speed, reverse, and scheduling. This version is light-kit compatible, so you can add a light kit later if needed.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no integrated lighting. It is compatible with Fanimation's optional LED light kit (sold separately) if you want to add illumination later.
Light color and feel
No light kit included, so no light color options apply. If you add the optional light kit, it will feature CCT Select technology with opal frosted shade.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 72 inches in diameter and hangs 16.42 inches from the ceiling with the included 8-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. For higher ceilings, optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height.

Is the bulb included? No light kit is included with this fan. It is compatible with Fanimation's optional LED light kit (sold separately).
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is variable with 16 speeds via the remote or app. If you add the optional light kit, it will be dimmable via the remote.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp-rated, so it's safe for bathrooms, covered patios, and other humid indoor/covered outdoor spaces, but not for direct rain exposure.
What's the warranty? Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.
Can I add a light kit later? Yes, this fan is light-kit compatible. You can purchase the Fanimation LED light kit separately and install it when needed.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
