Description
A 72-inch smart ceiling fan for large covered patios, gazebos, and great rooms, finished in silver with dark walnut composite blades.
The TriAire Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek, aerodynamic three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor, delivering powerful airflow up to 8,666 CFM. Its silver finish and dark walnut blades give it a warm, modern look that suits contemporary outdoor living spaces. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan via voice or app, and the included handheld remote offers 16 speeds and multiple modes.
Best for
- Covered patios, pergolas, and gazebos where wet-rated durability is essential
- Large living rooms, great rooms, and open-plan areas needing high airflow
- Bedrooms and home offices where quiet, energy-efficient cooling is a priority
- Homes with smart assistants like Alexa or Google Home for voice control
- Seasonal comfort with reversible motor for winter and summer airflow
Not ideal for
- Small rooms under 10x10 ft where a 72-inch sweep would overpower the space
- Low ceilings under 8 ft without a shorter downrod (8-inch included, optional downrods available)
- Those who prefer a fan with an integrated light kit (this model is compatible but sold separately)
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED module (sold separately). When added, it delivers 1600 lumens—comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb—suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large spaces.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight via CCT Select technology. The 90 CRI ensures accurate color rendering, ideal for outdoor entertaining or art displays. The light is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep and 14° pitch, this fan moves substantial air. Overall dimensions are 72"L x 72"W x 16.42"H, with an 8-inch downrod included. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, and optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for optimal 7-9 ft hanging height.
