How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so lumen output is not applicable. If you add the compatible 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), it provides 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting.

Not applicable for this fan-only model. If paired with the optional LED light kit, you can select from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your space.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
