Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 72 x 72 x 19.69 inches (including light kit), this fan is best suited for rooms at least 15x15 ft. The included 8-inch downrod places the fan 19.69 inches from the ceiling; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for optimal 7-9 ft hanging height on higher ceilings. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
