How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which outputs 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with color temperatures of 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), and 5000K (daylight), letting you adjust the mood from cozy to crisp. The LED is dimmable and has a CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 72 x 72 x 16.42 inches, this fan suits large spaces. The included 8-inch downrod places the fan 16.42 inches from the ceiling; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for higher ceilings. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
