Description
A 72-inch smart ceiling fan for large indoor rooms and covered outdoor spaces, finished in dark bronze with Koa composite blades.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, aerodynamic three-blade design with a powerful yet quiet DC motor, delivering airflow up to 8,666 CFM. Its dark bronze finish and Koa blades bring a warm, natural contrast that suits modern and transitional interiors. With Fanimation's fanSync Wi-Fi technology, you can control speed, light (if added), and modes via voice or app, and the included handheld remote offers full control right out of the box.
Best for
- Great rooms, open-plan living areas, and large bedrooms (over 18x20 ft) needing high-volume airflow
- Covered patios, gazebos, pergolas, and porches, thanks to its wet location rating
- Spaces with 8-9 ft ceilings when paired with the included 8-inch downrod
- Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow
- Smart home setups with voice control via Alexa or Google Assistant
Not ideal for
- Small rooms under 12x12 ft where a 72-inch sweep would overpower the space
- Low ceilings under 7 ft without a flush-mount option (this model requires a downrod)
- Those who prefer a fan with an integrated light kit (this version is compatible but light kit sold separately)
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which outputs 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with color temperatures of 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), and 5000K (daylight), letting you adjust the mood from cozy to crisp. The LED is dimmable and has a CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 72 x 72 x 16.42 inches, this fan suits large spaces. The included 8-inch downrod places the fan 16.42 inches from the ceiling; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for higher ceilings. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.
