The TriAire Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek, aerodynamic three-blade design with a whisper-quiet DC motor that moves up to 8,666 CFM. Its black housing and koa blades give it a warm, natural look that suits contemporary patios, great rooms, and covered porches. With fanSync Wi-Fi, you can control speed, light (if added), and schedules from your phone or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers full control right out of the box.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers up to 1,600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—ideal for ambient lighting in living areas.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K cool white, or 5000K daylight to match your space. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep and 14° blade pitch, this fan suits large rooms. The overall dimensions are 72 x 72 x 16.42 inches, and it hangs 16.42 inches from the ceiling without a light kit. The included 8-inch downrod works for standard ceilings; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
