Fanimation TriAire Custom 72in 3-Blade Ceiling Fan with 12in LED Light | Matte White and Dark Walnut Composite | Model FPD8515MWW-72DWAW-12LK

A 72-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in matte white with dark walnut composite blades, featuring an integrated 12-inch LED light kit for bright, adjustable illumination.

The TriAire combines sleek, modern aesthetics with powerful, efficient airflow. Its three aerodynamic blades are driven by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor that delivers up to 8,666 CFM, making it a strong choice for large rooms, patios, and pergolas. The included 12-inch, 40-watt LED light kit offers CCT Select technology, letting you choose from 2700K to 5000K color temperatures to match your mood. With Wi-Fi fanSync technology, you can control the fan and light via voice or smartphone, and the included remote offers 16 speeds, a timer, and seasonal reverse. This fan is wet-rated, so it's built to handle moisture, and it's Energy Star certified for efficiency.

Best for

• Covered patios, gazebos, and porches where a wet-rated fan with bright lighting is essential
• Large living rooms, great rooms, and open-concept spaces needing high airflow and illumination
• Outdoor kitchens and pergolas that need year-round comfort and visibility
• Bedrooms and home offices where quiet, energy-efficient cooling and adjustable lighting are a priority

Not ideal for

• Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet, as the included 8-inch downrod may not provide adequate clearance
• Spaces where you prefer a fan without a light kit, as this model includes one
• Indoor rooms with very low ceilings where a flush mount is required

How bright is it?

The integrated 40-watt LED light kit produces 3600 lumens, which is quite bright—comparable to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. It's suitable for illuminating large areas like living rooms or outdoor entertaining spaces.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can adjust the color temperature from warm 2700K to daylight 5000K, allowing you to create anything from a cozy, warm ambiance to a bright, energizing light. The light is dimmable and has a high CRI of 90, ensuring colors appear natural and vibrant.

Sizing and fit

With a 72-inch blade sweep, this fan is best for rooms larger than 18x18 feet. The overall dimensions are 72 inches wide by 72 inches deep by 19.69 inches high (from ceiling to bottom with light kit). It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 foot hanging height. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.
