A 72-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in matte white with koa composite blades, designed for both indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The TriAire combines sleek, modern aesthetics with powerful, efficient airflow. Its three aerodynamic blades are driven by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor that delivers up to 8,666 CFM, making it a strong choice for large rooms, patios, and pergolas. With Wi-Fi fanSync technology, you can control the fan via voice or smartphone, and the included remote offers 16 speeds, a timer, and seasonal reverse. How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that offers CCT Select technology for adjustable color temperature.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from multiple color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) to create the desired ambiance, from warm and cozy to bright and daylight-like. The light kit is dimmable and has a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep, this fan is best for rooms larger than 18x18 feet. The overall dimensions are 72 inches wide by 72 inches deep by 16.42 inches high (from ceiling to bottom). It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 foot hanging height. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
