How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is ample light for a living room or covered patio, but it's not designed to be the sole light source for a very large space.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your activity and mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true. The light is dimmable, and you can adjust brightness with the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 72-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 72 x 72 x 18.12 inches. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
