How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED module delivers 3600 lumens - comparable to a 250W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough for primary lighting in a large room. The light is dimmable, so you can adjust it to your preferred level.

Sizing and fit
The fan measures 72 inches in diameter and hangs 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the included 8-inch downrod. For best airflow, the blades should be 7-9 feet above the floor. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
