How bright is it?
This fan's LED light kit delivers 3600 lumens - comparable to a 250W incandescent bulb - making it bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a large living area or covered patio. It's dimmable, so you can lower the output for a softer ambiance.

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K (daylight). This lets you match the light to your activity - warm and cozy for evenings, cool and energizing for daytime tasks. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 72 inches wide by 19.69 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It comes with an 8-inch downrod and is compatible with sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. For optimal airflow, the blades should hang 7-9 feet above the floor; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
