The TriAire Custom from Fanimation brings a warm, modern look to big spaces. Its three composite blades in dark walnut contrast beautifully with the brushed satin brass motor housing. The DC motor is quiet and efficient, moving up to 8,666 CFM. The included LED light kit with CCT Select lets you adjust the color temperature from warm to cool, and fanSync Wi-Fi gives you app and voice control. The included TR305 remote handles speed, light, and scheduling.

How bright is it?

With the 18W LED module, this fan outputs 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. That's enough for ambient lighting in a large room, but you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.

Light color and feel

CCT Select lets you choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). At 3000K the light feels soft and golden, flattering to wood tones; at 5000K it's crisp and energizing. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.

Sizing and fit

This fan measures 72 inches in diameter and hangs 18.12 inches from the ceiling with the included 8-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. For higher ceilings, optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated LED module is included and not replaceable.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app. No wall dimmer is needed.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp-rated, so it's safe for bathrooms, covered patios, and other humid indoor/covered outdoor spaces, but not for direct rain exposure.

What's the warranty? Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

How does the CCT Select technology work? You can cycle through three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) using the remote or app, so you can change the light from warm to cool to suit your mood or time of day.
