How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module delivers 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to illuminate a large living area or covered patio as the primary light source, and it's dimmable to create softer ambient light when needed.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. Warm white creates a cozy, inviting glow; bright white is crisp and energizing; daylight mimics natural sunlight. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for spaces where you want true-to-life lighting.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 64 inches in blade sweep and hangs 18.12 inches from the ceiling with the included 8-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27°). For higher ceilings, optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the overall weight is 20.71 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
