The TriAire Custom with 12-inch light kit combines powerful airflow with brilliant illumination. Its three aerodynamic composite blades are driven by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor that delivers up to 7,435 CFM, while the integrated 40-watt dimmable LED light kit provides 3,600 lumens of light with CCT Select technology, letting you choose from 2700K to 5000K color temperatures. The brushed satin brass finish and dark walnut blades create a warm, contemporary look, and fanSync Wi-Fi technology enables smart control via your device or voice assistant.

How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED light kit produces 3,600 lumens - about as bright as a 250W incandescent bulb, ideal for lighting up large living areas or outdoor entertaining spaces. It is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
