How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the light kit you choose to add. The compatible 18-watt LED light kit delivers 1600 lumens, while the 40-watt option provides 3600 lumens.

If you add the compatible light kit, you can enjoy CCT Select technology, adjusting from warm white (3000K) to daylight (5000K) for the perfect ambiance.

The fan measures 64 inches in diameter and 16.42 inches from ceiling to bottom. It includes an 8-inch downrod, with optional downrods up to 72 inches available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, it fits most standard rooms.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
