How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that provides up to 1,600 lumens.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures, ranging from warm white to daylight. The kit features CRI 90 for accurate color rendering, and is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
This 64-inch fan is ideal for rooms 18x18 feet or larger. It hangs 16.42 inches from the ceiling with the included 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the fan weighs 18.88 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
