How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no integrated brightness. However, it is compatible with Fanimation's optional 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb - with selectable color temperatures.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. With a high CRI of 90, colors appear natural and accurate, making it suitable for task areas or art displays. The light is dimmable, and the included TR305 remote or fanSync app lets you adjust brightness and color temperature to suit your mood.

Sizing and fit

With a 64-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 16.42 inches (from ceiling to bottom without a light kit), this fan is designed for large rooms and open outdoor areas. The included 8-inch downrod mounts to flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to adjust the fan height to between 7 and 9 feet from the floor for optimal airflow.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
