How bright is it?
This model does not include a light kit. If you add the optional 18W LED light kit, it delivers 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large spaces.
Light color and feel
With the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white, or 5000K daylight, all with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering. The light is dimmable, letting you adjust brightness to suit the mood.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 64-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 64 x 64 x 16.42 inches. It mounts to flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees with the included 8-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve a 7-9 ft hanging height. Ideal for ceilings 9 ft or higher.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
