Description
A wet-rated 64-inch smart ceiling fan with a 12-inch integrated LED light kit, finished in matte white with dark walnut composite blades, for medium to large indoor and outdoor spaces.
The TriAire Custom by Fanimation combines powerful airflow with bright, versatile lighting. Its 16-speed DC motor delivers up to 7,435 CFM, while the 40-watt LED light kit produces 3,600 lumens with five color temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K) and a high CRI of 90. The wet-rated construction and marine-grade materials make it ideal for fully exposed outdoor areas. Control it with the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app for smart home integration.

How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED light kit produces 3,600 lumens - about as bright as a 250W incandescent bulb - ideal for ambient lighting in large rooms or outdoor areas. It's dimmable via the remote or app.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K warm white (soft, golden), 3000K warm white, 3500K neutral white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight (crisp, cool). With a high CRI of 90, colors appear natural and vibrant, making it suitable for entertaining or task areas.

With a 64-inch blade sweep, this fan suits medium to large rooms. Overall dimensions are 64 inches wide by 64 inches deep by 19.69 inches high (with light kit). It mounts to flat or sloped ceilings (up to 27°) with the included 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
