The TriAire Custom by Fanimation pairs a modern matte white motor housing with rich dark walnut blades for a warm, contemporary look. Its 16-speed DC motor delivers up to 7,435 CFM of airflow, and the wet-rated construction means it can handle direct rain and humidity. This no-light version keeps a clean profile but is light-kit adaptable. Control it with the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app for smart home integration.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no built-in brightness. If you add the optional 18-watt LED light kit, it delivers 1,600 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb - with three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) and a high CRI of 90.
Light color and feel
Without a light kit, this fan provides no illumination. If you install the optional light kit, you can choose from warm white (3000K), bright white (4000K), or daylight (5000K) to suit your space. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
With a 64-inch blade sweep, this fan suits medium to large rooms. Overall dimensions are 64 inches wide by 64 inches deep by 16.42 inches high. It mounts to flat or sloped ceilings (up to 27°) with the included 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve a 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
