Fanimation TriAire Custom 64in 3-Blade Smart Ceiling Fan with 12in LED Light | Black and Weathered Wood Composite | Model FPD8515BLW-64WEW-12LK

A 64-inch wet-rated smart ceiling fan with a 12-inch integrated LED light kit from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in black with weathered wood composite blades, for large covered outdoor spaces and expansive indoor rooms.

The TriAire combines sleek modern design with powerful functionality. Its three aerodynamic composite blades are driven by a whisper-quiet DC motor that delivers up to 7,435 CFM, making it a powerful choice for great rooms, covered patios, and pergolas. The included 12-inch, 40-watt LED light kit provides brilliant illumination with CCT Select technology, letting you choose from 2700K to 5000K color temperatures. The black finish and weathered wood blades give it a contemporary, natural-inspired look that blends with both indoor and outdoor decor. With fanSync Wi-Fi technology, you can control the fan and light from your smartphone or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote puts 16 speeds and all functions at your fingertips.

Best for

• Covered patios, gazebos, pergolas, and porches where wet-rated durability is essential
• Great rooms, open-plan living areas, and large bedrooms needing high-velocity airflow and bright lighting
• Homes with smart assistants like Alexa or Google Home for voice control
• Ceilings up to 27° slope, with optional downrods for optimal 7–9 ft hanging height
• Year-round comfort with reversible motor for summer and winter airflow

Not ideal for

• Small rooms under 100 sq ft where a 64-inch sweep would be overpowering
• Low ceilings under 8 ft without a flush-mount option (this model uses a downrod)
• Those seeking a more subtle light output—the 12-inch LED kit is bright at 3600 lumens

How bright is it?

The integrated 12-inch LED light kit produces 3600 lumens—about as bright as a 250W incandescent bulb—making it suitable as a primary light source for large rooms and outdoor entertaining areas.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K (daylight) to match your space. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.

Sizing and fit

With a 64-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 64 x 64 x 19.69 inches, this fan suits rooms at least 12 x 12 feet. The included 8-inch downrod places the fan 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the light kit; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.
