This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) for added illumination.

Not applicable, as no light is included. If you add the optional LED light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K color temperatures, allowing you to choose from warm white, bright white, or daylight.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 64 inches in blade sweep and 16.42 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit). It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, and includes an 8-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height for maximum airflow.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
