The TriAire combines sleek design with powerful performance, delivering up to 7,435 CFM of airflow. The included 40-watt LED light kit provides 3600 lumens with CCT Select technology, letting you choose from five color temperatures. The fanSync Wi-Fi system enables smart control via voice or app, and the brushed nickel finish with matte white blades suits modern and transitional interiors.

How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED light kit produces 3600 lumens - about as bright as a 250W incandescent bulb, suitable for primary lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your activity and mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This 64-inch fan fits rooms from 12x12 ft up to 20x20 ft. It comes with an 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for ceilings up to 10-12 ft. The overall height is 19.69 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
