A 64-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom Collection, finished in brushed nickel with matte white composite blades, designed for indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The TriAire combines a sleek, aerodynamic profile with a high-performance DC motor that delivers up to 7,435 CFM of airflow. Its three blades are engineered for quiet, efficient operation, and the included fanSync Wi-Fi technology lets you control speed, light (if added), and modes via voice or app. The brushed nickel finish and matte white blades give it a clean, modern look that suits contemporary and transitional interiors.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the compatible 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), it provides 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium rooms.
Light color and feel
With the optional light kit, you can select from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This 64-inch fan fits rooms from 12x12 ft up to 20x20 ft. It comes with an 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for ceilings up to 10-12 ft. The overall height is 16.42 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
