How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 3600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 250W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to illuminate a large living area or patio, but it's designed as ambient lighting rather than task lighting.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you create the perfect ambiance, from cozy evenings to bright, energetic gatherings. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and true.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 64-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 64"(L) x 64"(W) x 19.69"(H). It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height. Suitable for ceilings with up to a 27° slope.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with humidity, but not directly exposed to rain or water.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
