The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation offers a sleek, modern design with a natural touch. Its three slender composite blades in weathered wood finish complement the black motor housing, making it a versatile addition to patios, pergolas, and contemporary living spaces. This model is compatible with an optional LED light kit (sold separately) and is fully controllable via the included remote or your smart device.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional light kit you may add. The compatible 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) delivers 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, it features CCT Select technology with 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K color temperatures, allowing you to choose from soft white to daylight. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and true.
Sizing and fit
This 60-inch fan is ideal for large rooms and outdoor areas. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The fan is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Overall dimensions: 60" W x 60" D x 12.92" H.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
