A 60-inch indoor/outdoor smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, finished in dark bronze with Koa composite blades, for large patios, pergolas, and open living areas.
The TriAire Custom combines powerful airflow with integrated lighting. Its LED light kit offers CCT Select technology, letting you choose from 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures to match your mood or activity. The fan's DC motor delivers up to 6,765 CFM, and Wi-Fi fanSync enables smart control via app or voice. The dark bronze finish and Koa blades create a warm, contemporary look for both indoor and covered outdoor spaces.

How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED light kit produces 1,600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
With a 60-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 60 x 60 x 14.62 inches (including light kit), this fan is best for rooms at least 15 x 15 feet. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the ideal 7–9 foot hanging height. Suitable for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
