The TriAire Custom combines a sleek brushed nickel motor housing with three matte white blades and a 12-inch opal frosted LED light kit. The high-performance DC motor delivers powerful yet quiet airflow, while the integrated Wi-Fi fanSync technology allows control via smartphone or voice assistant. The light kit features CCT Select technology, letting you choose from five color temperatures. Energy Star certified and damp-rated, it's built for covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and large bedrooms.

How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED light kit produces 3600 lumens - about as bright as a 300W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in large rooms.
Light color and feel
The light kit features CCT Select technology with five color temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K - from warm white to daylight. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 60 inches in blade sweep and 15.93 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit). It fits rooms at least 12x12 ft and works on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. The included 4.5-inch downrod suits standard 8-9 ft ceilings; longer downrods (up to 72 inches) are available for higher ceilings.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
