Description
A 60-inch indoor/outdoor smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in dark bronze with three Natural composite blades, for large patios, pergolas, and open living areas.
The TriAire Custom is a modern, minimalist ceiling fan designed to move serious air in both covered outdoor spaces and expansive indoor rooms. Its three slender blades and powerful DC motor deliver up to 6,765 CFM of airflow, while the integrated Wi-Fi fanSync technology lets you control speed, light (if added), and modes from your smartphone or voice assistant. The dark bronze finish and Natural blades give it a warm, organic look that complements both coastal and industrial interiors.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides up to 1,600 lumens—similar to a 100W incandescent bulb—for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to suit your space. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true.
Sizing and fit
With a 60-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 60 x 60 x 12.92 inches, this fan is best for rooms at least 15 x 15 feet. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the ideal 7–9 foot hanging height. Suitable for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
