This 60-inch fan has an overall height of 15.93 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. It fits flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27°, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for taller ceilings. Ideal for rooms at least 15 x 15 feet.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
