Fanimation TriAire Custom 60in 1-Light Smart Ceiling Fan | Modern Brushed Satin Brass and Opal Frosted Glass | Covered | Model FPD8514BS-60MWW-12LK

A 60-inch smart ceiling fan with a 12-inch integrated LED light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in brushed satin brass with matte white blades.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation combines a sleek, modern aesthetic with powerful performance. Its three matte white composite blades and brushed satin brass motor housing create a clean, contemporary look. The integrated 12-inch opal frosted LED light kit provides bright, adjustable illumination with CCT Select technology. The quiet DC motor offers 16 speeds, and Wi-Fi connectivity allows control via the fanSync app or voice assistant.

Best for

• Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated construction withstands humidity without direct rain exposure
• Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing both airflow and bright ambient light
• Large living rooms and great rooms up to 20x20 ft, with a 60-inch blade sweep for substantial air movement
• Bedrooms and home offices, using the quiet DC motor and adjustable light color for comfort
• Laundry rooms and bathrooms with high ceilings, where moisture resistance is a plus

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms with ceilings lower than 8 ft, unless you use a flush mount or shorter downrod (not included)
• Spaces needing a light output above 3600 lumens from the fan - consider supplemental lighting

How bright is it?

The integrated LED module produces 3600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in large rooms and can serve as a primary light source in many spaces.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood and decor. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable, and the included remote lets you adjust brightness and color temperature.
