Description
A 60-inch smart ceiling fan with a 12-inch LED light kit, featuring a black motor housing and brushed nickel blades for a sleek, modern look.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan combines modern design with high-performance functionality. The black motor housing pairs with three brushed nickel composite blades, while the integrated 12-inch opal frosted glass light kit provides warm, bright, or daylight illumination. Powered by a quiet DC motor, this fan delivers powerful airflow up to 6,765 CFM, making it suitable for large rooms and covered outdoor spaces. With Wi-Fi connectivity and voice assistant compatibility, you can control the fan and light effortlessly through the FanSync app or the included handheld remote.
Best for
- Covered patios, gazebos, pergolas, and porches where wet-rated fixtures are required
- Large living rooms, great rooms, and bedrooms with ceilings at least 8 feet high
- Spaces needing both cooling airflow and ambient lighting from a single fixture
- Smart home setups with voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home
- Year-round comfort with reversible motor for summer and winter airflow
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings lower than 7 feet, as the fan hangs 15.93 inches from the ceiling
- Areas where a light kit is not desired, as this model includes an integrated light
- Installation on ceilings with a slope greater than 27 degrees
How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED module produces 3600 lumens, comparable to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. This provides bright, ample illumination for a large room, suitable as a primary light source.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood and decor. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to your preference.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in diameter and 15.93 inches in height from ceiling to bottom. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.
