The TriAire Custom ceiling fan blends modern minimalism with high performance. Its three slender composite blades in dark walnut contrast beautifully with the matte white motor housing, creating a clean, contemporary look that suits patios, pergolas, and open-plan living areas. Powered by a quiet DC motor with 16 speeds, it delivers powerful airflow up to 6,765 CFM while staying energy efficient. The integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit features CCT Select technology, letting you choose from warm white, bright light, or daylight. With Wi-Fi FanSync, you can control the fan and light via smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This provides ample ambient light for most rooms, but it is not intended as the sole primary lighting for very large spaces. The dimmable feature allows you to adjust brightness to suit your mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. This flexibility lets you create a cozy, warm glow for evenings or a crisp, energizing light for daytime tasks. Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in diameter and hangs 14.62 inches from the ceiling with the light kit (12.92 inches without). It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. The included 4.5-inch downrod works for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches wide.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
