How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module delivers 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is ample for ambient lighting in a living room or covered patio, but not intended as the sole light source for large spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and true, making it suitable for outdoor entertaining or reading areas. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 60 inches in blade sweep and hangs 14.62 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. For higher ceilings, optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
