Fanimation TriAire Custom 60in 1-Light Ceiling Fan | Brushed Satin Brass and Koa Composite | Covered Patio & Living Room | Model FPD8514BS-60KW-12LK

A 60-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated 12-inch LED light kit, finished in brushed satin brass with koa blades, for covered outdoor and large indoor living spaces.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with a high-performance DC motor. Its three slender composite blades in koa contrast beautifully with the brushed satin brass housing, creating a look that suits contemporary and transitional interiors. With Wi-Fi FanSync, you can control the fan and light from your smart device or voice assistant, and the included remote offers 16 speeds and full light control.

• Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are required
• Large living rooms and great rooms (up to 20x20 ft) needing high airflow up to 6,765 CFM
• Bedrooms and home offices where quiet, energy-efficient cooling is a priority
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity (damp-rated)
• Smart home setups with voice control via Alexa or Google Assistant

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water (damp-rated, not wet-rated)
• Rooms with ceilings steeper than 27° without an angled ceiling adapter
• Small spaces under 8 ft ceilings if you need a long downrod for optimal airflow

How bright is it?

The integrated LED module delivers 3,600 lumens—comparable to a 250W incandescent bulb—making it bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a large room. With CCT Select, you can choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K to match your preferred ambiance.

Light color and feel

Adjustable color temperature from warm white (2700K) to daylight (5000K) lets you set the mood—from cozy evenings to bright, energizing daylight. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for living spaces and kitchens. The light is dimmable, and the included remote or app lets you fine-tune brightness.
