The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor and integrated Wi-Fi. Finished in brushed nickel with brushed nickel composite blades, it brings a contemporary look to patios, porches, and great rooms. The included 12-inch LED light kit offers five color temperatures, so you can set the perfect ambiance for any occasion.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module delivers 3,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a large living room or covered patio. It's dimmable, so you can lower the output for a cozy evening glow.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 60-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 15.93 inches with the light kit. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
