Description
A 60-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for indoor and outdoor wet locations, finished in black with koa blades.
The TriAire Custom from Fanimation brings a sleek, modern look to any space with its three slender koa-finished blades and black motor housing. The integrated LED light kit provides efficient illumination, and with Wi-Fi connectivity and voice assistant support, you can control the fan's 16 speeds and light color temperature from your smart device or the included remote.

How bright is it?
This fan's integrated LED light kit produces 1600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb, making it suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It's not designed to be the sole light source for very large spaces but works well for general illumination.
Light color and feel
The CCT Select technology lets you choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood and décor. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable via the included remote.
Sizing and fit
With a 60-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 60 x 60 x 14.62 inches, this fan is best suited for rooms at least 15x15 ft. The included 4.5-inch downrod provides a ceiling-to-bottom height of 14.62 inches with the light kit; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
